Full-Time, Inside Junk Sales Representative Positions Available at the Madison TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise!
The Inside Junk Sales Representative is responsible for growing sales by partnering with other franchise staff to provide outstanding customer service to all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® customers through in-depth knowledge of company products and services. This position is located in Madison, WI and candidates must be able to work onsite.

  • Pay Rate: $45,000 - $50,000+ average earning potential (hourly pay plus monthly incentives and uncapped commission).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
  • Help customers set no-obligation junk estimates
  • Manage leads by tracking and following up
  • Recommend Junk services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
  • Input information into internal move software and schedule moves
  • Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
  • Prepare move-related paperwork and documents

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Previous sales (inside sales/outside sales), Customer Service Representative (CSR) and/or Account Representative experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
  • Effective listening and communication skills; good grammar, voice and diction
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
  • Accurate; consistent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
  • Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
  • Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills; able to perform basic business math
  • Able to present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
  • Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values
  • Must be proficient with all Microsoft applications
  • Complete and pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Bilingual is a plus
